Deposit and Payment

A deposit of $100 must be paid to secure booking until this is paid you do not have a booking.

 

The balance to be paid 7 days before the party along with a REFUNDABLE bond of $50 in case of damages.

In the event of bad weather or health concerns a party may be rescheduled, 24 hours notice must be given or deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations must be within 2 weeks of the party date for full refund other wise a 20% fee will be charged.

Set up and Pack down

Set up and pack down are between the hours of 8am and 5pm

Set up will be 2 hours before the party and the pack down time will be arranged at the time of booking.

Travel

Travel is included in the price if within a 30klm radius of Elimbah. Outside of this area incurs a $50 travel fee.
